Aaron is the Practice Manager with over 18 years of management experience, five of those in veterinary medicine. He is passionate about leading teams that deliver best-in-class client experiences while fostering a supportive, respectful workplace.
A strong believer in servant leadership, Aaron focuses on sharing power, building trust, and providing his team with autonomy and responsibility to support growth and development. He believes that when people feel valued and empowered, exceptional care naturally follows.
Originally from a small town in Northern Ontario, Aaron shares his life with his spouse and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, who can often be spotted accompanying him at the clinic.
